   • Learning Analytics: Your course enrollments, courseware viewing history, assignment submissions, quiz/exam results, classroom group discussions, and credit achievements.

   • Device and Log Data (Usage Data): When you access our application, our system automatically collects your device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as IMEI/Android ID), IP address, browser type, login times, crash logs, and related diagnostic data.

II. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data strictly for legitimate and specified educational and operational purposes:

1. To Provide Core Educational Services: To display your schedules, course materials, play audio/video lectures, and provide real-time learning progress tracking reports to you and your instructors.

III. Data Deletion and Account Termination Rights

We fully respect your legal rights to control your personal information:

1. Access and Correction: You can log in to your ISIBS account at any time and visit your profile settings to update or correct your basic details.

2. Data Deletion & Account Erasure: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data or the permanent deletion of your account. You can perform this action independently via "Settings" -> "Delete Account" within the app. Alternatively, you can contact our compliance team at admin@ibsgo.org to assist you with the manual removal of all your data.

IV. Children's Privacy

1. Our services are primarily designed for adult learners, including university students, professionals, and entrepreneurs who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.

2. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to permanently delete that information from our servers.
